This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds and billing adjustments work for paid subscriptions to Auraltica, operated by Auraltica LLC. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. Where this policy and the Terms of Service conflict on refunds, this policy prevails.
Auraltica is sold as a recurring subscription (monthly or annual). Fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period and the subscription renews automatically for an equivalent period until it is cancelled. All prices are stated in US dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.
Except where this policy or applicable law provides otherwise, subscription fees are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades, or periods in which you did not use the Service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, without penalty and without contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals: your plan remains active — and you keep access to its features — until the end of the billing period already paid for, and no further charges are made after that. Cancelling does not by itself generate a refund of the current period.
If you are dissatisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial charge. This applies once per customer and only to the first payment of a new subscription; it does not apply to renewal charges or to subsequent subscriptions on the same account.
We recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you no longer wish to be charged. As a courtesy, if you contact us within 7 calendar days of an unintended annual renewal and you have made no substantial use of the Service during that period, we may refund the renewal charge and close the subscription. Monthly renewals are not refundable.
We refund in full any duplicate charge, charge on an account that was already cancelled, or charge for an amount other than the price of your plan. Report the issue within 90 days of the charge appearing on your statement and we will correct it.
If the Service is materially unavailable for a prolonged period due to a fault attributable to us and we are unable to restore it within a reasonable time, we may, at our discretion, issue a proportional credit or refund for the affected period. Interruptions caused by third-party platforms you connect (for example Shopify, Mercado Libre or advertising platforms), by your own configuration or credentials, or by events outside our reasonable control are excluded.
Trials and free features carry no charge and therefore no refund. If a trial converts into a paid subscription, the resulting charge is covered by section 4 of this policy.
If you subscribed through the Shopify App Store, your subscription is billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice and is governed by Shopify's own billing and refund processes. We cannot issue a refund for a charge we did not collect. Cancel from the app's billing screen or from your Shopify admin, and contact us if you believe a refund is due: we will assess it under this policy and, where appropriate, request it from Shopify on your behalf or offer an equivalent credit.
Write to team@auraltica.com from the email address associated with your account, including the invoice number or the date and amount of the charge and a brief description of the reason. We respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
When a refund is issued, the corresponding subscription is cancelled and access to paid features ends on the refund date. Your data remains available under the retention terms described in our Privacy Policy.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank; almost every case is resolved faster directly. Accounts with an open chargeback may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or withdrawal right you may have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence. Where such rights apply, they prevail over the rules set out above.
We may update this policy. The version in force at the time of your charge is the one that applies to that charge. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email.
